Two types of villas are available for rent:

• Four-apartment villas each with combined kitchen and living room, master bedroom, bedroom, sofa bed, single bath.
• Duplo with combined kitchen and living room, master bedroom, bedroom and single bathroom.
  The above-mentioned villas are fully furnished, equipped with climate control (hot / cold), large covered verandas outside, private parking and private lawns.

Price listing for period: per periodo:

• June and September: € 500.00 per week
• July: € 700.00 per week
• August: € 800.00 per week (approximately 10% increase for the week of Ferragosto)
